It can accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and a pullout sofa bed.. Gourmet kitchen and dining area, games room, open concept living room with unobstructed views of Sproat Lake and the Marina. Private beach access available ro residents and guests of Marina Vista is a short two minute walk down the street next to the marina. Launch your paddle board or kayak from here. Take a soak in the hot tub or go hiking and explore the many trails. There is something for everyone here!

Summary: Great having the pool. Daily temperatures were 30C! Kitchen was very well equipped. Really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This place is amazing! Everything was just as pictured - including the most incredible view we have ever had a rental property!! The rooms were all spacious & comfortable. Having access to the pool & hot tub were great! The Host went above & beyond with the communication. We are already trying to figure out how we get back for another vacation!

Summary: The house was great for a family stay. The pool area was fantastic and great for the kids. The games room was helpful for the rainy days we encountered. It was very well stocked and a lot of attention to visitor comforts. The only drawbacks we encountered was a lack of storage for dry goods in the kitchen, and there was no lake access available, there is only access through a provincial park which is a short drive away. We ended up spending most of our time at the pool which worked out well overall. Having access to Port Alberni is a huge plus if you need to run into town and grab a missed item as it's only a 15 minute drive.

Summary: We go to Sproat Lake each year with our F1 race team and this home was so beautifully set up. We found some time during the busy weekend to enjoy the pool and rhe massage chair was a hit. I was able to make some good meals for the team in a very well organized kitchen. And lastly the games room was a ton of fun! I hadnt played pinball or shuffleboard in a long time. Thank you, the service and response to questions was exceptional. We definately would book with you again and recommend this property to others. Sandra
